The Venezuelan consulate or embassy in . . .?

I am an American citizen, living in Baja California, Mexico. I am married to a Venezuelan national. I need to resolve some things before underatking the normal process of getting her a visa to enter the U.S. as my wife.

I have been researching the Internet to find the e-mail contact address of the Venezuelan embassies and/or colsuates here in Mexico AND in the United States, but without luck. I can find only the 'phone numbers, which I don't want to call long-distance, as it is expensive and time-consuming. I much prefer to be able to explain her situation by e-mail.

Does anybody know tha e-mail address(es) of a Venezuelan embassy or consulate in either Mexico or in the U.S.? Thanks/!Gracias!

the reason is, you are not asking the right place, if you are married, you must addres yourself to the USCIS in the US and not a regular visa, you must ask for a wife/spouse visa,
