  1. Luke Lowery = scum of the earth.

  2. The billing is deceptive for sure.  In fine print on the pages of text when you sign up there is a small disclosure that you'll be billed monthly.  When you sign the "non-disclosure agreement", you are also giving them the right to bill you.  I noticed all of this after the first month and managed to stop a repeat of the billing, but I never got any product from them.  It sounds too good to be true.  I haven't tried his product, but I assume it's not what it is advertised to either.

He's now claiming to have sold the rights to his product, so stay tuned for a new offering.  I'd bet he's been shut down and will have to resurface as a different company.

  3. yes, definitely a scam.  He stole $179.85 from me by this deception.
You think you are buying the exercises, (the offer that got me "cost" only $1.00 and the add said over and over that they were going out of business, no scam, no gimmick FREE FREE FREE.  Then they got my credit card number and charged 59.85 a month, and I didn't notice the first one because I was too busy with school.  By the time I saw charge two, I called to cancel but had already been billed the third time.
There is a good video on youtube by a different company that shows the exact scam.  Look up Luke Lowrey scam on youtube.
