I looked up information about the Village of Monticello, NY and found that it is a sleepy little place of about 6500 <as of 2000's census>, but is it a place where everyone knows everyone or is it more like a regular small city or town?
I am trying to locate my paternal cousin, Jason Katanic or at least a way of contacting him <whether it be an address, email address or phone number> and I have found leads to suggest that he is either living in Bronx, NY or Monticello, NY.
I have been to numerous websites that are fee-based, but I can't afford to pay the fees and I have been to Zabasearch, but nothing turned up. I also tried to find free public records, but I can't find any truly FREE websites to gain information from.
Does anyone have any other suggestions I could try, in order to locate him or otherwise get in contact with him?
