say jeff hardy pins and wins the WWE Title at unforgiven but Doesnt win the match in the 20 minutes and HHH Retains for example.

Would it count as a actual WWE Championship win that will go down in the title history of jeff hardy ?

jeff hardy is just an example i mean it for all of them

I asked a similar question just like this, if Jeff wins it he must hold that title until the 20 minute mark is over. It is looses is it it does not count as an official title reign.
