What do the new proposed bidders offer to bring to the community if the track remains standing?

London and Quadrant has proposed to build 490 new homes, which means family's without homes get to live in one, the borough has a waiting list of approx above 2000, i dont see much wrong with the idea as the media is constantly calling greyhound racing a dying sport.
