  1. Hey Splinter

the Who lack in musicianship compared to Led Zep but they compensated with their awesome show.

They have more showmanship and crazier than Led Zep. Their songs were very good also.

Led Zep, the man behind the band....simple..... John Bonham. Awesome drummer and he was the driving force with John Paul Jones.

  2. Zep.

each band member of zep is slightly (if not greatly) better than a who band member.

plant's more talented than daltrey, might be equally matched just because jimmy's so sloppy, bonham is more talented than Moon but moon is very good. and by far john paul jones is an amazing musician all around. several instruments, not just bass.

but don't get me wrong, The Who is awesome too.

  3. TOUGH question.  Both classic, unforgettable, and unique.

IDK if I could "pick" one over the other.

  4. Draw. There is no way to choose between these two.

Plant is more skilled than Daltrey, but Daltrey had that beautiful voice.

Entwistle is by far better bassist than Jones, but Jones is multi-instrumental.

Page is far better guitarist than Townshend, but Townshed is much better composer. Also better lyricist than Plant.

About Moon and Bonham...I would choose Keith, but I'm not drummer.

Both bands incredibly progressed their music. Zep started with a heavy form of blues and The Who with some kind of proto-punk. THe former turned into more folk-based sound (I don't mean Dylan, I mean world music), the latter into more musical-based. Both pertained their hard rock sound.

    I can't decide.
