The Winning Horse Technique
Having problems identifying the right horse to bet on? Can’t seem to decide who the best performer of the season is? Or how to determine the winning horse of any giving race?
Most new bettors of the horse racing industry are bombarded with such questions. The list can go on and on. Some get frustrated by losing more times than they can remember and end up giving up the sport. Some keep on trying in
the hopes of eventually stumbling on a winning horse.
What is lacking in the whole process is the post-bet analysis. As with anything that you wish to do or achieve, planning comes first. So is the case with betting. Without correctly analyzing the odds concerned with any bet, you
cannot rightly make one. An integral part of this is to choose the right horse to bet on and how to do that is exactly what we are going to tell you in this article.
For a new bettor, it is important not to get involved in the complexities of horse racing. Keep it as simple as possible. While choosing the race in which to place a bit, keep in mind that it is not too aggressive or competitive.
The type of race to look for is the one which is of a good current type and has the capacity to replicate it i.e. the performance of the participating horses should be more or less stable. Following these guidelines, it is possible to make reasonable bets
3-4 times a week. Also, the chances of making winning bets becomes about 50%-60%.
Now the question is how does one make all this analysis? No need to worry, read on because we have provided you with the means to do it.
Once the season has started, you need to do a thorough follow-up. An easy and effective way to do this is to consult your local daily newspaper. They have all the facts and figures you will need to get an idea of the recent trends
in the horse racing industry, the performances of horses and upcoming races etcetera.
As a beginner, you need to keep a look-out for all non-handicap races. Having picked the race event to bet on, identify how many runners are participating in that race. The optimum number of runners in the race you want to bet
on should not be more than 12. If the runners increase from 12, than the probability of making a successful bet decreases. So you would want to start off by making bets which have greater chances of giving a return. Another thing to note over here is to not
place a bet in Beginner, Apprentice and Girls races.
After picking up your race, you need to focus on the horse to bet on. First you should determine the forms of the horses you are interested in. Newspapers generally provide a good detailed analysis of the form horses are in during
the season. Other than that, form tips are also available for every race close to the race card.
Once you have an idea of the form the horses are in, you need to shortlist the ones that have the potential to win in order to make a bet on them. The first thing you need to determine is which of the horses have a constant form.
Once the horse that has been performing at a consistently high level has been filtered out, identify the ones who were able to get the first three positions in their last three races. Once you have the horses that have met these eligibility criteria, you know
that these are the horses you want to bet on.
Quite obviously, you need to cut that list short and chose one horse. Eliminate the horses which are not on the top-speed ratings. After that, discard the horses that do not have a favorite forecast by the Racing Submit.
This procedure will give you one finalist that you can safely make a bet on. In some cases, all of the horses will be eliminated. But you will know when not to  make a bet.
