  1. "The World Court" has about as much standing in Texas as i would, if I got four or five of my neighbors together, reviewed the case and issued a finding

  2. No, because Texas told the World Court where they could stick it.  They have no authority in Texas, and Texas acted accordingly.  The sad thing is that the lowlife who raped and killed two teenagers moved to Houston when he was 3 years old, and didn't seek international help until 4 years after he was convicted and sentenced.  Justice was served.

  3. Since Texas executed the guy, I have to say no.

  4. You have to love those Texans, they're the best ones to let the World Court know where they can stick it

  5. Pfft no, Texas has sovereignty in our judicial system that goes even above the executive branch and international treaty.  We will execute those who have wronged us.  That scumbag committed a capital crime and deserved the sentencing he received

  6. I think if we continue to elect (left wing, socialist liberals)  in Congress and a future President who bow down to the ridicules complaints of other counties, then yes, not only have we trashed our Constitution we have given up our freedom where other foreign bodies can tell us what to do. BTW, these other countries are Socialists.

I didn't see a single county in the World Court who gave a rats A** about the two teen age girls who were brutally gang raped and beaten.

The World Court is saying, 'We don't care about victims rights, their dead anyway, we care only the rights of the criminals.'

So why did it take 15 year for TX to execute this loser.
