The World is gonna End?

The Prophecy of 2012 by the Mayan's goes through as: A foreign planet that, we do not have a name for because scientists of our century probably have heard of this but didn't name it, comes around every couple thousand years and it is very huge and this time it will hit the earth and shift the North and South Poles , not to mention endless earthquakes , weather changes etc. Long story short, Doomsday. Everything will be on fire and in other places everything frozen. Acid rain falling from the sky etc. I believe this prophecy to be true because the Mayan's were an intelligent kind because they made alot of other predictions and they all came true or were very close to the exact detail that they guessed. So , my question to you is : What do you think will happen on December 21, 2012 at 11:11 AM ? Do you think the world will end? Why or why not?

Sun will end i did a report on school of how the sun is going to die and then everybody is going to die cause without sun there is no light and no heat that is going to happen in 4 billion years.

To answer this you have to ask yourself what doomsday really is? Is it what everyone says it is, or is it something else? I believe that there is an end in the future. I just dont know when it is. <Jokingly> I dont have the mayan calander, but according to my calander there will be a christmas after the mayan calander ends. I believe that something will happen. I believe that all things happening today will ultimately lead to our demise. I believe that what once was, will again be. Einstein said that he knows that the weapons for WW III will be sticks and stones, I believe that he is right and that it will come soon. And, I believe it will come very soon

first of all no the world will not end that way because that first of all would call god a liar. secondly there's just to much tech. out there . they will find a way for it not to hit earth

Yes. Planet Earth will eventually die. But, no one may not exactly predict when will it happen. Long before humans existed & learned to write its history, great changes took place on earth that we could only guess till now. Scientists gave theories & are believable, yet, we may not be sure if it was the real thing that have happened. Mayan's & all others are wise people during their times like our scientists of today, with all the predictions & proofs, we all know for a fact that Planet Earth will surpass all predictions, any future human generations can make, until that dreaded moment comes, only GOD knows. Let us just hope that Earth is still very young & will let mankind live on it for Billions of years to come. By that time mankind may have found another planet to live happily, productively, & carry on with its daily activities.

This is the latest iteration of the "Nibiru", or "Planet X" hoax that has been around for some years now.  This was supposed to happen in May of 2003, but of course it did not.  

A planet as described would be quite visible in our skies by now.  It could not be hidden as countless astronomers would have already seen it if it was out there.

The poles do actually shift every so often, I'm not sure of the exact frequency though. We already have earthquakes, acid rain, forest fires and frozen places and we're all still alive (more or less) aren't we? Also, we have meterites hitting the earth almost every second of every day, nothing to worry about.

December 21st at 11:11am eh? Well, let's see... It's a Sunday just before Christmas, I'll probably be having a lie in, might have made myself a cup of tea, I would have walked the dog and I'll probably be watching some trash on TV, I might get up an hour or so after to put the Christmas decorations up...

People have been predicting the end of the world for years, and they haven't come true yet. I believe Nostradamus predicted the end of the world a few years back? We're still here! Perhaps the world they are referring to is a hypothetical one? the world as they know it?
