  1. Try the stock lookup to find the exact symbol.  National Grid appears to have 3 different symbols http://finance.yahoo.com/lookup?s=nation...

    A daily quote page with all 3 of those symbols would look like http://finance.yahoo.com/q?s=NGG,NGGBF.P...

    check the "Profile" to figure out if any of these are the National Grid that you are looking for.
