The Yu-Jo friendship card effect, if not accepted?

Question

ok I have the "yu-jo friendship" card and if I put it on the field and flip it and offer the handshake and the opponent doesnt accept it, what do I do with the card?

it just dosin't work all it's for is either increasing your LP or lowering the oponent's but no matter how both players end up with the same LP so the card it's self ain't half-bad but you might want unity with cuzz if you have them at the same time your oponent has no chois but to exsept!! ^_^

It's removed from the field and put in your Graveyard.  I don't understand why they would put such a silly effect on it, (handshaking) but the card itself isn't great anyway.  I would say not to use it.
