The Zero-Emissions One-Wheeled Motorcycle?

It's a Segway, or uses the same basic principles.  It's not really a one-wheeled bike, it's got two wheels side by side.  The rider leans forward to move, leans back to stop just like a Segway.  It's not really zero emissions, either, because you have to charge the batteries to operate the electric motor, and the production of electricity is not zero emissions even if you are using nuclear power to generate that electricity.
