  1. Logic is just one form of wisdom, to a scientist it is his only form of wisdom,

but we have a mind that is broader than that and wiser.

to the scientist 2 acorns plus 2 acorns = 4 acorns

A wise man may say  2 acorns + 2 acorns = A forest of oak trees

a scientist will say 'if I have a penny and you have a penny and we exchange pennies we both walk away with one penny'

but a wise man will say'  if I have an idea and you have an idea and we exchange ideas, we both walk away with two ideas

I believe 2+2 equals 5, totally illogical but I think very wise

  2. Wisdom is a quantum and universal cognitive understanding of all things universal.

  3. False. We all understand logic. There are precisely 256 forms of deductive syllogisms and we all use some of them. We must or we could not think. This is a fact of nature, as much as the fact that boys become men, not apples. The number 256 is a fact of the nature of man's mind, as much as the triangle "is a delineation to the eye, and from thence to the

mind, of a principle that would otherwise be imperceptible." [Thomas Paine]

When we identify the ones that are invalid, we stay away from them, if only out of self-protection: try using one and see how many people blast your logic out of the water.

  4. False.

Wisdom requires experience.  Logic requires you to only understand.

  5. In a way yes, in a way no.

Some times, even the simpliest minds can determine logic, though ofcourse he or she probably will be doubted due to their simpliest. But it does happen sometimes.

It is somewhat true, though wisdom should not be memorized, that way the knowledge obtained will not be used as easily, instead you should learn from what you experience, that is true wisdom/logic.

  6. true, but to different extents. those who have less logic have less wisdom, and vice versa, those with more logic have more wisdom.

understanding is wisdom, and to understand you must have logic.

  7. Logic does NOT make you wise. It is a method by which you can organise your thoughts in the best way.

Wisdom comes when you use these thoughts to improve yourself, your life and the world around you and bring it into a higher dimension.

  8. The ability to understand logic is logic.

The ability to be wise involves experience, empathy and intuition, and a little bit of logic.

Knowing 1+1=2 doesn't mean you are wise. It means you know facts.

  9. True

I would say that, if you are not wise, you may miss the point. And logic deals majorly with wisdom, the ability to see the unseen.

    Thanks fro asking

  10. "Real knowledge is to know the extent of one's ignorance."

    Confucius

  11. wisdom is from experience, experience makes right

    logic isn't always right

  12. It is certainly true.

    Logic makes you wise.

People who ignore logic end up being in situations they would not have been in if they just would have looked at what they were going to do logically.

Wisdom is something that comes from within you and is a main part of you.  Wisdom of course means wise.  If you are wise and use your logic you will see unbelievable things happen.

  13. Logic is coherent thinking. Reason is integrating factual rationalising. Wisdom is indeed a concise metaphysical understanding of all things material, physical and universal and their interconnection.
