I am positive it is 18. I took my son to Tri-State Racetrack for his birthday. They did card him, so if you are 18 make sure you have your ID.

depends on what kind of gambling your doing, i live in washington state and u can play the lottery and scratch tickets and do bingo and horse race betting at age 18 but if u want to go into a casino and play the slot machines you have to be 21 in all of the casinos except for one, i believe its a choice by the casino based on how much they want to pay out for insurance cause the insurance rates probably run higher if u choose to allow 18yo's in your place vs 21 yo's. being as the legal drinking age is 21 in most every state.
