  1. Technically the age of consent law is 18 in NH and VT, but there are certain circumstances that factor in.  I believe if you are at least 15 and the age is no more than 2 years difference it may change things.


  2. For all practical purposes the age of consent is always 18.  Even if it says16 a 50 year old man will get arrested. The AOC in Delaware was 12 into the mid nineties. In California it was 10 in the wild west days

  3. The age of consent for Vermont is 16

    New Hampshire is 18

  4. The age of consent in both New Hampshire and Vermont is 16. Both States have "close in age" exceptions if the parties are both teens.

    BUT.... if you travel from one State to another with the intent of having s*x with a person under the age of 18, that's a federal offense, and there is no close in age exception in federal law.
