  2. "In the beginning, the earth was without form and void...",

Gen. 1:1    is that good enough...well anyway it is as close as anyone else has gotten and it's good enough for me.

  3. " Because humans cant remember that far back "

  4. We can't because-- SCIENTIFICLY- not biblicly-- No human was on earth when it was created, therfore we can only guess when it all started or start counting when humans could draw and write.

  5. Is the 1% error margin not enough? You can't say Exactly when earth was formed because it took place over a length of time which is sort of allowed for in this marging. Asking for a more accurate date is like asking which day the empire state building was built on...except for that, you can at least say when it was officially finished. But for earth, it arguably isnt finished as it is still growing, just at a much slower rate. So when the earth was born is a matter of opinion, on what people consider as the date it was approximately finished.

Oh yes, and to clarify; 4.50 is not 3sf, it is 2sf

  6. The Guy that started it has passed away

  7. 4.50B is 3 sig. figures aint it?

  8. The age of Earth, based on averages from many, many studies is 4.54 billion years old.

That's pretty precise for such a big number, within 1% error margin.
