The air inside a coffe bag disappeared?

I was going on holidays and i brought a bag of coffee with me. But when i landed all the air out of the coffee was gone. Why?

I'm not exactly sure what you mean by the air disappeared, but if the bags had been vacuum sealed as is the general practice with ground coffee, then it sounds like your bag was somehow punctured during travel.
