What are the geneotypes of the parents?

The genotypes of the parents can never be identified just by the given information. Additional details is a must i.e. the genotypes of the offspring, the genotypes of the parents of the parents and things like that.

We can however assume that the genotype of the parents can either TT,Tt or tt depending on the cross.

I wonder how did the other answerer came to the conclusion that the answer is his answer.
