The animal Pika... are they buyable?

I heard of Pika on a Wanderlust Canoeing tour in central Oregon. They are absolutely adorable! I was wondering if you could have them as pets. We have chinchillas as well and they kind of resemble them. So if anyone knows... wonderful!

Nope, the Pika is endangered.. I did hear there where people in the U.K trying to breed them in captivity so they could add them to the exotic pets list... but currently, no.
