It is a visiting visa. And i will be travelling directly to florida but would like to visit someone in another state. I was wondering if i can still fly to another city whilst there and if not what my options are.

  1. Those annotations are not legally binding on the POE inspector nor are they restrictions - - they are simply advisory and an indication of what you told the Consular Officer at your interview.

A visa is a document whose only purpose is to give the holder permission to request entry into a country. No restrictions on travel are imposed on the holder once lawfully admitted into the United States.

There only problems that will arise is if you are not going to Florida, which you are, since you are flying direct.

    Enjoy your trip.
