Does it seem accurate to have approx 3 -4 hrs of sunlight on Christmas day in fairbanks, alaska?

Does it seem accurate that in June there are approx 20 hours of daylight in fairbanks, alaska?

I am just asking for a lay persons best estimate - thanks!
