That would depend on a lot of things.  New used.  In a moble home park or on land.   Do you own or rent the land that it sits on.   What state it is in.  Is it a single wide, double wide or a full modular home.    There is too huge a range to say.  The cheepest way to get a moble home is to search retirement parks.  Many times people need to sell quickly  and will sell them quick due to inability to pay the park rent.  They are just looking to get a little money out of it.  Generaly you will have to move the Moble.  And that can be steep, depending where you live so find out how much before you buy.  But in my Grandparents there were mobles of older people who had gone into nursing homes as cheep as $2000.  And they were well kept.
