The back of my Sony Ericsson Walkman W580i, its stuck. How do I get it off??

I put the battery in, and closed the bck, but now it wont come off. Ive tried get it off, but it wont come off!

  1. Download the phones manual from Sony's website and they have photo illustrations on what you need to do to take it off...you can also watch a couple of YouTube vids on how to do it.


  2. You've got to use a significant amount of force to remove the back, make sure you're holding it where your thumb is place in the middle of the battery cover and just push it out but now down.
