I have the same problem. Did you watch the last Celeb Big Brother? Jacky Stallone said that if you have veiny hands it is a sign of good breeding! So, I just remember that. Don't think there is anything you can do. Try Clarins Hand cream - seems to minimise them. Have a fab weekend xx

If you hold your hands 'up' for some time the veins do not show.  Remember this when having your photo taken and hold your hands near your face and head - never down at your side or on your lap.  I have very 'veiny' hand and I am fairly slim.  I have noticed that people who are fatter don't.
