Today, I needed to use my grandpa's pickup to jump-start his Jeep. Tonight, I found the battery to his pickup was dead. What's going on?!?

  1. the battery is dead and depending on its age either needs to charge, or be replaced. If the battery still dies out quickly, the problem could lie in the altenator, which keeps the battery charged while running. I think you should lean towards taking the battery in to an Auto Zone or somewhere to charge.

  2. not enough info. maybe he just left somthing on in the truck

  3. I'd say the easiest and fastest thing to do to QUICK fix it is buy a new battery.  Cause it sounds like that could be it.  Make sure ALL lights and accessories are off.  Even if all the doors are closed, the sensors that automatically should shut them off may not be working.

Then get it to a repair place ASAP!

Cause towing it will cost more than a battery.

And just ask the person at the auto store what type you'll need, they can find out by just your car brand and type.

And then pray its nothing expensive.
