The beach in maui with the clearest water?

i am going and i would like to now the prettiest beach

If you look for clear water, the west coast around Kaanapaali is probably the best one. If you look for the preattiest beach altogether though, I would recommend Wailea in the south. The water is almost as clear as Kaanapaali, but you have palm trees in Wailea, in place of high-rise buildings in Kaanapaali.

The west side of the island will have the clearest water - I typically like the area up around kaanapaali - especially for the beaches, but if you get down close to La Perouse bay, especially early in the morning when there is little chop, there's some excellent places with crystal blue water, but not the best beaches.  Its all good - its Maui for gods sake.
