Xavi Hernandez is known to be constantly on the prowl, keeps an eye out for the ball and is considered to be one of the best in the world. He makes amazing dead ball deliveries and Xavi is in the making to become the best midfielder in the world.
Wesley Sneijder: Central Midfield
Real Madrid made a big mistake letting this twenty six year old Dutch player go, he was a part of Ajax’s youth academy from 1991 then went on to join the first team, then left them in 2007 to go to Real Madrid, and currently is in Internazionale.
The fact is that Sneijder went to Internazionale and literally won everything with his new team and went onto win the glorified ‘Treble’ and this is the first time that an Italian team has won this honour.
He also showcased the Netherland side talent and he came out to be the top scorer in the treble winning season and went on two win two matches under immense pressure against Brazil.
Sneijder is a playmaker, creates numerous chances and scores amazing goals. He is considered to be the fulcrum in Internazionale’s side.
Cristiano Ronaldo: Left Wing
The twenty five year old Portuguese player calls himself as the best, the second best and the third best player in the world. The fact is that he has root cause to have such an ego, as there is almost no ability that he lacks when it comes to football.
He started out as a teenager making his first team Red Devils debut in 2003 and he literally bamboozled the fans. He single handily gave the win against the Bolton Wanderers and the match constituted of several stopovers and fakes in the process.
He caught a lot of attention from the media, the fans and the football pundits and ever since then he has come to be known as the world’s best football player.
However, the other contenders for the world best player title disagree with this statement but Cristiano Ronaldo is the type of player that can change the outcome of the match on his own accord. He literally has the tendency to become a one man show and
has demonstrated this numerous times.
He still has the highest paid transfer in Football history and pay scale makes him the most expensive player in the world, even Real Madrid has set the buyout clause in his contract at a staggering one billion dollars.
Ronaldo normally plays on the right but he is on the left for the sake of the list as he is equally extraordinary on the left.
Though with fame you get supporters and you get haters, so he has been blamed to be a show boat and a diver. Still no one can challenge his skills in dribbling and his tricks on the field and this make him the most feared winger in the world.
He is a creative goal scorer and netted forty two goals for the Red Devils in the Champions league winning season. Also scored around forty goals for Real Madrid last season, he is literally a football phenomenon and the player claims the best is yet to
come.
Lionel Messi: Right Wing
Words aren’t descriptive enough when one wants to write about this amazing twenty three year old Argentinean. He has been compared to Diego Maradona and some say that he is even better than him. It was actually a delight to see them in the same squad in
the World Cup campaign, when El Diego was the manager of the Argentinean national team.
