I agree!  The best in town is Oklahoma Joe's at 47th and mission in KCK.

well if ya look at it it's kinda funny cause they are all basically connected...we in KC like sauce on our ribs..but we always use a dry rub first....Memphis uses dry rub only with sauce on the side...if you dipped it in sauce and back on the heat..it'd be KC ribs....if these ribs were beef instead of pork...they'd be Texas ribs...and if you took a delicious dry rubbed missouri pork butt and smoked it till it was falling apart...then smothered it in a disgustingly nasty mixture of vinegar...oil...and hot sauce...then you'd have Carolina BBQ...so if you want to look at it that way...it all starts here...lol!!!!!

Honolulu makes the best, Korean Kal-bi, Chineese Char-su,and Kalua Pig. Hawaii is the true melting pot of the United States and the weather is always nice BBQ weather and all of the diferent influnces tend to create the best BBQ.

Besides my house....Hard Eight BBQ on Glen Rose Rd. in Stephenville, Texas (my hometown)....You can see the meat being cooked as you walk toward the door...Its great!!!
