i"d say in Barbados . It may not be the best, but it's pretty nicee . The beach is at The Crane, it's really nice . It's on the Atlantic side so there's HUGEEE waves . Perfect to go body boarding . Also if you do plan to go there, when i wave is about to hit you here's what i do:

if it's praticly on top of you go under water and swim toward it

If it's coming toward you but it's very jump into it, and swim

'till it's past

kuta beach on the southern most tip of lombok, indonesia (island next to bali).  the water remains knee deep even if u walk in for half a kilometer.  it is blue green with whitest sand and no tourists - lovely place
