The best birthing center in raleigh nc?

i have a 6 month old and am not pregnant but i would like to find a pediatrician and gynecologist near the best birthing center so that i am already a patient at the proper offices when it comes time to have baby number two. I just moved to Raleigh and still have no clue what there is and i need to make my sons apt. very soon.

Try looking up the birthing center or hospital near where you want. if they have a website, they should have something that shows who participates with them. Also, webmd has a doctor lookup at the bottom of the home page that you can look for a specific kind of doc in your area.

I'm assuming by birthing center that you're meaning an independently standing one staffed by CNMs.  Well, I could only find one birth center in the whole state of NC when looking at birthcenters.org.  It's in Chapel Hill, which I believe is pretty close.  http://www.ncbirthcenter.com/
