The best calling card to call US from China?

Question

My new girlfriend is going to visit her family in China for two weeks soon. She will be somewhat near Hong Kong. Before she leaves I would love to give her a phone card that she can easily use down there to call up here in the US. I don't know much about China Toll-Free numbers and I want to make sure she is able to use this card anywhere down there whether it be from a payphone or landline. I don't really care about paying the extra money for her conveinence and not needing to rack up the bill of her family down there. Bottom line free and easy for her down there.

there is a website which you can find cheap and affordable cards which you don't have to worry about  surprise bills all you have to do is open up an account and let her have the password where you can be recharging and she can be using it and that goes for you too you can use it if you need to! http://cheap-callingcards.nikenya.com/
