I would have to agree with you.. I went to College there in the early 80's and I had the time of my life. I return to Letterkenny every year to meet up with friends from College days!!!!

Up Louth, has to be the wee county, close enough to dublin to benefit from the facilities and shopping but far enough away not to believe everything in ireland revovles around dublin

Im from Dublin so naturally I would say Dublin. But I also love going to Co Clare and Kerry

My mums from Donegal and i try to go over once a year it has to be the most beautiful county in Ireland, followed very closely by Co Fermanagh as i used to live there.
