The best degree to get?

I still have no clue what I need to go to college for. I need to go back asap, got a wife and kid and I'm 23. I was thinking something medical cause that would get me a great paying job and I would be able to relocate and get out of Alabama. What other degrees could relocate me and get me a great paying job and be exciting and fun?

Emergency Medical Tech. (EMT, the ppl in ambulances) or nurse.

both have good pay and flexibility. you can even be a travelling nurse, but i doubt you would enjoy that b/c of your family.
