The best drugstore eyeliner that DOESN'T SMUDGE...?

i've been dealing with smudgy eyeliner this day....

when i put on eye makeup, it'll end up underneath my eyes......!! i'm not sure if it's because of the mascara or the eyeliner... but as for now, i want to know where to find the best drugstore eyeliner that DOESN'T SMUDGE, really... i hate it when it smudges under my eye....

btw,, i'm in australia... so i guess we only have brands like covergirl, maybelline, revlon, maxfactor, rimmel, almay... thank you sooo much...

try maybelline define a line eyeliner.

loreal hip cream eyeliner . its like 10 USD but it is really worth it , and the container lasts for like 5-6 months

or covergirl line exact , its about 5 USD and it really worked for me

Revlon color stay.

Its the only eyeliner i use.

It doesn't smudge at all and stays on all day!

Its the twist-up kind and has a built in sharpener on the other end.

Ohh and its water-proof, but it comes off easily when you wash it off!

I asked a question a few weeks ago about eyeliner. The advice that I got was to use some eye-primer to help the make-up stay in place.

Mine will smudge onto my upper lid when I open my eyes. The primer really helps. I've been using the Mary Kay brand.

I like Covergirl Outlast Smoothwear eyeliner...it will stay on my eyes for a couple days (granted it smudges when I rub it...but I have to a LOT to notice it).

Revlons Colorstay Liners. Both the twist up pencil and the liquid are great. They both last a long time. The liquid has a great applicator - same quality as MAC. Good luck!

Rimmel professional liquid eyeliner is the best. It stays on for 18 hours without smudging at all and I can even sleep in it and it doesn't come off. Pencils never work for me, once in a while I use Maybelline unstoppable pencil eyeliner in gray or Rimmel kohl eyeliner in black but they don't last nearly as long as the liquid, maybe 6-8 hours.
