The best eyeliner ever?????

i want to know which eyeliner is best?

what brand and color??? pls state the color line, like if it is is cosmic brown...etc...i want an eyeliner that goes in my lids smoothly.. something that isn't dry at all...thanks .. and pls something that is also available in the philippines...thanks,,, 10 pts for best answer

Revlon Colourstay Eyeliner.  Its a windup one, stays on until you remove it.  Not dry at all.  It doesn't glide on, but you will find that eyeliners that do (unless liquid) are too soft and they smudge and disappear.  I would imagine Revlon is available in the Philippines.

OK well if ur looking on the expensive side Este lauder in dark black is really nice it goes on smoothly

another more pricey brand is M.A.C there power point eyeliner is good too

Cover girl eyeliner i dont know the actual price or color

Um i dont recomend Wet N Wild 's eye pencil

their liquid eye liner i LOVE!

Whatever you comfortable with. I know some people are extremely sensitive with their eyes and are even afraid to touch them, and then there are people like me who sick lenses in them, use mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow the whole nine yards. >>>>

If you are new to this I suggest the pencil crayon. Its easier, less messy and pretty basic. Brands---sephora, christian dior--BASICALLY WHAT EVER IS THE BEST YOU CAN AFFORD. NEVER BUY REALLY CHEAP EYELINER, EVER!

If you want to be a little riskier (for a beginner) you can try liquid, but it is a bit messy if you don't know how to use it. Brands---Urban Decay is my fave.

maybelline define a line! for sure! it the best and it glides on very smoothly and stays on too! it's the best eyeliner!

definitely REVLON COLORSTAY EYELINER

it doesn't smudge or smear and it won't wear off until you wash it.... trust me on this... i've had my day of smudgy eyeliner and that sucks.... revlon really rocks my socks....!!! if you're looking for the one that isn't dry, this is a perfect choice... lots of makeup artists recommend and fave this product too....... i'm using black because i have dark hair and such.... but charcoal is also great

or if you're using contacts, ALMAY AUTOMATIC EYELINER (retractable pencil one) really works too..... it's hypoallergenic... this comes in black and brown... so black is the best i guess... brown if you want less dramatic look..

i like loreal hip cream eyeliner in black. you should try it . it doesn't dry out and it goes on pretty smooth for me.

when i first bought covergirl i was like " oh, another eyeliner .... "

but then; it stayed on for the whole day when i was at school;

i was really amazed, because i used other kinds of eyeliner,

and i would have to apply, them every switching periods at school.
