  1. I would say... Perhaps a gift coupon for a full treatment at a spa :)

  2. Well...you want to be practical and show your appreciation!!  And it depends on if you want to get her something for the baby or for her!

***If you want to get her something for the baby...get a cute diaper bag and put all the necessities in it (diapers, wipes, baby lotion, soap, desitin, nail clippers, a cute outfit, burp rags, receiving blanket, binkies, bottles, whatever you want!)

***If you want it to be for her...get her a massage, a good baby book (what to expect when your expecting, whatever), make her a nice meal to show her she is still important!!  You could put a basket together for her...with...tummy butter (helps with stretch marks and itchy tummy which comes later in pregnancy), book, baby outfit (if you don't know the gender then just get neutral jammies), slippers (for aching feet), and a cute maternity shirt ( they make cute ones that say like due such and such a date (whatever her due date month is) or baby on board...just look for one with a cute phrase), this kind of is for mom and baby to let her know you love them both!!  Arrange it nicely in a cute basket and put a bow on top!! Good Luck and congrats!  Give her lots of foot rubs and back rubs!!!

  3. Ice cream scoop.

All pregnant woman like ice cream!

  4. Gift certificates are nice, she can use them as she needs.

  5. sign her up for a prenatal massage thing

  6. a blender, or one of those diaper geenies

  7. baby monitor, gift card, these are handy.

women who dont like un-handy things sometimes really appreciate sentimental things.

baby keepsake box or book, mint coins for the year the baby is born, a silver spoon, gift certificate to a photography studio, crib sheets ( you could get fabric pens and have friends and family write notes on the crib sheet or pillow case to welcome the baby home and surprise her with it or have people sign it at the baby shower)

  8. Does she have the basics like stroller, car seat, bottles, wipes, ect? If she does have everything she needs for the baby maybe she could just use a day at a spa to relax. Maybe a gift certificate to get her nails done or a romantic night out.
