Hbk,  When he was younger he had the look and the charisma and was a great talker but was able to put a show on.  I look at heels who are heels but you can't help but love them and I think he was the best in the group you have.  I think Randy Savage was a great heal and Paul Orndoff were great heal but they were in the Hogan Era.  Going way back and I watch tapes of him was Super Star Billy Graham was probably the best heel of his time and I think the greatest heel in wrestling history and this will not reflect on his WWE career because he was way past his prime but the greatest heel ever was Ric Flair when he was younger in the WCW/NWA time.

The best heel in WWE history is Roddy Piper.  The reason the first Wrestlemania was so successful is because everyone wanted to see Piper and Mr Wonderful Paul Ornorfff get their asses kick.

the rock in my opinion. he was supposed to be getting booed as a heel, but instead he got cheered b/c he's so charasmatic and you can't help but cheer the guy. the rock is one of the best ever if not the best ever. corporate rock was awesome. i like heel rock better than face rock. '99 was the best year in wwf/e history b/c of corporate rock and all of the other GREAT storylines and matches. i miss the rock and the attitude era.
