  1. the taylormade tp irons are pretty good

  2. In my eyes Ping have the best irons on the market. I am a 10 handicapper and play the i5's. Since you are a 3 you probably want blades, the S58's but if you don't want blades then i would highly recomend the i5's which are forged, the i10's also forged, or the Raptures. Just make sure you don't get G5's or G10's because they have to much offset for a low handicapper.

  3. I would go with the Taylor Made R7 TPs, best iron I have every hit, no contest!

Mizuno MX-60, it’s an older model. It has great feel good workability, defiantly for a more advanced player.

  5. Hey Muggsy go with the Titleist AP2 forged blades their hella good!

    wtf are phillips???

I'm from Australia too! YEAH AUSTRALIA!!!

  6. Phillips are good

  7. Lots of great products out there. Try to find a place that has demo's. Hit a few different iron's (try to use the same shafts in the different models). Being a lower handicap you probably want to stick to things closer to being blades. The X pro series from Callaway, the s58's or s59's from Ping, mp67's from Mizuno, and lots of others. It really depends on what clubs looks and feels right to you. Good luck.

  8. Nickent Golf- LH Genex 3DX Hybrid Iron Wood

  9. If your a 3handicapper you must of been playing for a while, or at least know what your talking about when it comes to golf.

If your in the UK go to American Golf and get on the machine. (if your from US or elsewhere I am sure there is some shop around with a machine to tell you exactly how your hitting the ball)

Tell them you play off 3, just like you have told us and pick out some iron models you want to try.

From there the pro will be able to analyse your swing, how you hit the ball, launch angle, carry. (you will also be able to see this on the machine)

He will be able to tell if you need more loft etc and will give you different models to try etc.

Think about having your golf clubs custom fitted aswell, most models do this free and you can have the lie of the club etc fitted to you.

    Good Luck
