  1. There is no magic diet pill. If you really want to loose weight I suggest a program like Weight Watchers or Curves, or simply a buddy type thing with a friend. Eat right (ask your doctor if you have trouble figuring out what "right" is) and get out and exersize. That'll work infinitely better than any pill or surgery out there.

    They all don't work,

    and may possibly kill you.

    Try healthy exercise,

    and take a stable diet.

    Have a friend do it with you.

  3. there really is no natural diet pill. certain foods can decrease your appetite, though. increasing your fiber and protein intake, drinking more water, and eating slowly can increase your satiety and decrease your appetite. to echo the first answer, natural is always best and short cuts don't work in the long run.
