  1. Aloe Vera Gold juice is the absolute balancer of cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure, it will remind your body what balance is and put you back...

a great health food store will carry it or they can order it...it is wonderful and there is a book that goes with it to further explain how great it is...

  3. How high is high in your case and what type of cholesterol?

    LDL or HDL ?

Fish oil, flax oil, coconut oil, hemp seed oil, garlic oil, oatmeal and probiotics are great in lowering the bad cholesterol.

Nevertheless I find the Pu-erh tea to be the best in flushing the HDL out of your body.

Drinking Pu-erh tea is purported to aid in digestion, reduce blood cholesterol and lipid levels.

PS. I just find out some anecdotal evidence that Pu-erh does counterattack the unpleasant effects of heavy alcohol consumption.

  4. Have a look at the data for Neptune Krill oil at www.omegagen.com.au in the studies section. Other data is at mercola.com.

The data is excellent for cholesterol - across LDL, HDL and TGs
