MJ no ifs, buts, maybes. Ultimate individual and team player. Aside from all the titles and accolades, he had to overcome the Jordan Rules. NBA today is soft. Jordan would probably score 100 points easy.

He elevated himself and his team to win 6 championships. Jordan made Pip better, tamed Rodman, schooled Kukoc, made stars out of Horace Grant, B.J. Armstong, Paxon, Cartwright heck even Kerr, Longley, Wennington, Buechler, Levingston and Scott Williams. Don't know anyone that can do that. In today's standarrds it's easy to be a star and then be compared to Jordan. But realistically there's no comparison so far.

everyone says micheal jordan but i say kobe bryant bc he never had as good of a team as micheal and he had 82 points in one game the 2nd the most in history.Plus every year kobe is the leading scorer.

My favorite player is Kobe Bryant. But statistics wise the best player ever has to be Wilt Chamberlain, not because he scored 100 points but because during a single season he averaged 50.4 points 25.7 rebounds and 8.6 assists. Also keep in mind that when he scored 100 points there were no 3 pointers. and they outlawed DUNKING during his career because he was so dominant. Hope this helps!
