The best outdoor hot pools in Rotorua, New Zealand?

We are visiting in August. Two adult and two teenagers younger than 16. No doubt there will be many hot pools to chose from, but as we haven't the time or the money to trial each one out, I wondered if anyone had any opinion from their own experiences. Thank you to all people who respond. x
