I think PHO Hoa Pastuer is better than Pho 24 in Vietnam.

And ABC Baguette in 13672 GOLDEN WEST ST, WESTMINSTER CA 92683, USA is good.

umm.. probably in dorchester mass. know its not the best or safest town :) but pho hoa is awesome. its been there since forever and its just really good.

In Portland Oregon USA, Pho Hung I, Pho Hung II, Pho Kim, Pho Oregon I, Pho Oregon II. They are the best.

The best pho restaurant I've been to is Tang's in Vietnamese Town in Chicago. It's not a fancy place but it has the most authentic taste.

Well considering that i am a European  questions & answers member.., i could  give you the best pho adress from Brussels City or Paris in France..

I tried them both and to me they are the best !

I rarely eat pho out there because it contains alot of unnecersary fats. my mom makes it good. the best and she doesn't put all the c**p that those restuarants put =]

Pho is a kind of noodle soup. But Pho is not totally a noodle soup. Typically, there are two types of Pho, chicken or beef. But the original is beef.

In Vietnam you can try Pho 24 (all starts from VND 24,000 (about USD 1.5). Alternatively, in Hanoi, you can try Pho Vuong (Pho Square)- served in square bow and plate! In Hochiminh city, you can go to Pho 2000 where the President Clinton tried when visiting Vietnam (honestly that is not Vietnamese Pho anyway)

It depends where you live. I live in Massachusetts. I think that there is good pho everywhere. I love pho. My two favorites are Pho Paradise in Lowell, MA and Han's Restaurant in Providence, RI.

In the United States:

Philadelphia, PA has a large Vietnamese community and excellent Vietnamese food to match. In particular Pho 75 on Washington Avenue.

In Vietnam:

Try any street vendor in souther Vietnam that has a regular following of customers. Remember, Pho is a breakfast so the best places will be closed by 10 AM.

Well, the best pho restaurant in US is sure at Orange County, California. Because that is biggest and oldest Vietnamese community. Its called Little Saigon. And the best restaurant would be Pho Hop (located on Brookhurst St and Mc Fadden). They just opened recently but trust me, they have the best pho ever since I left Vietnam. They use filet mignon beef, its so soft just like Pho in Vietnam. Cant go wrong with it!
