i have been playing poker for over 3 years now almost everyday. my game has a few leaks in it caus lately i havent been doing to well and i know its caus of my play not the cards. i have taken breaks and i am constantly reading articles about the game. i have decided to read another poker book to see if it can help me find the flaws in my game and to just take some time off again to read it and reflect. any suggestions as to which poker book might be the best right now?

i want an up to date book thats gonna put me back into line. and a book that may have unique angles on the game. ive read a few and they all generally say the same things. anything different out there? im fairly advanced in the game so i dont want one thats gonna give me ABC of poker. please help thanks...and GL

  1. u suck.. just playin.. u r da best

  2. Super System 2 is a good all around poker book that will teach you several games.  It helps your Hold 'em game to understand the concepts in other games, so I strongly suggest learning more than Hold 'em.

Mike Caro's Big Book of Tells is a good one, as is The Zen of Poker.  If you want to focus specifically on Hold 'em strategy, get the Harrington on Hold 'em series.
