The best sky tv and broadband?

which is the best sky tv to get (for a new customer) we were thinking sky plus? Also thinking about getting sky broadband but not sure if thats any good? any information basically would be good :)

Sky is good for TV and Broadband if you can get a 4 mix and broadband for £19 per month.
