I am in track and field and I want to run the 100m with long jump and dicus, however my upper body is built just fine but my legs have has a 3 year rest on computers. And now that I am making the track team my ashma has it's effect while running. My legs don't tire but my ashma kills my chest. I need help for endurance and to lengthen how long i can run for.
Also the insructor made us run 400m any speed, 400m 50 percent speed, 100 m 50 percent speed, 400 m again slower speed, 400 m max speed, then 100 max speed, then 400 again and a final 100. Which totaly killed us all, however it was my first workout in 3 years and I felt I did good. But my time on the 100 m after all of that with 10 seconds rest between the laps, i only topped 16 seconds in the 100m. I was exausted after all of it and i can prolly go 13 or a lil lower when not tired I want to have help to improve this speed.
