The best way to connect a fujitsu PDS4233...

Question

What cables do I need and what coniguration is best i.e. what ports do I plug the cables in on both . I can not get the channels to come up but can watch DVD's. I have tried changing the plugs around but can't seem to get the two units co ordinated. please help it is rustrating me to the max
