The best way to cut Polycarbonate?

I bought a case for my PSP Slim (the Intec, Clear Armor). It doesn't fit well on my PSP, because I'm using the Extended Battery Life Kit from Sony, so the battery lid bulges out a bit. I wanted to cut a hole for the battery to fit, how do I go about doing this? I'm only 13, and the nearest hardware stores are Home Depot, Rona, and Reno Depot, will any of those stores cut something small like a PSP case? How do I do it myself?

you are bit young for power tools and hardware stores sell stuff, not usually cutting much they haven't sold, unless it is a favor

i would return the case and get one that fits, because if you drop your phone and the battery can smash, what good is the case?

To cut Polycarbonate, you need carbide blade. The stores you mentioned would make a cut only on something you buy there. I would not recommend doing it yourself.
