The best way to learn to flip on a wakeboard?

i want to flip of a ramp but keep getting scared to go off it because i dont want to land on my board i've been wakeboarding since i was eight or nine and for about 3 years but after 3 years you are ushlay really good i can do some tricks but not like ppl i see that rock at only 2 years anyway how do over come my fear and then flip without getting hurt

  1. Practice ur flips on a trampoline with out the board and then when you get consistant you can either use a snow board or ur wakeboard " watch out for your fins " and then practice your flips on tht. you can even attach a rope to th end of it for practice. I use this method a lot for learning spins and especially for flips.  hope this helps!!


  2. Do a lil homework first and see how the pros do it on the internet, then get out there and work on toneing you muscels in the right places  by practicing on the trampoline! (hook you rope up to a tree and take the fins off your wakeboard, then you really get the feel for it. Then hit the water and Just do it! Dont be scared or u will bomb! Just wipe yourself hard and show no fear! Hope this helped!

  3. don't be scared to get hurt...you'll feel a ton better when you actually land the flip..

    you can't be courageous without being scared...

    just do it and love it!

  4. Practice on the trampoline for a while to get muscle memory then give it a try on your board.  have fun
