  1. I recommend buying Internet-generated leads from a reputable provider such as iLeads.com. You can check them out at http://www.ileads.com/  An Internet lead is pre-qualified because the consumer has proactively performed a search with a search engine, looking for a solution to an insurance need. The consumer has then taken the time to fill out a form, requesting a quote. A good lead provider “scrubs” the lead to make sure the data is valid before sending it to you. All of this is done in seconds after the consumer fills out the form and delivered to you in “real time.” If you call right away, the consumer might still be searching for a solution on the Web. The nice thing about iLeads.com is that they enhance their insurance leads with homeowner data from First American Financial, so you have a better handle on how serious and qualified the lead is. Good luck!

  2. when our son was born one of the guys from our church(we knew him well) ask us if we were going to insure the baby.

Why??  He's perfectly healthy, 11 lbs 2 oz at birth!!! (ouch)

Then Tom pointed out that 2 of my husbands brothers were diabetic. by insuring the baby with this whole life policy, we, later he, could double the value of insurance and all without a physical.  Guaranteed insurability. It was $50/yr for 25,000 of coverage, at 18 we increased it to 50,000, at 25 he increased it to 100,000, at 30 he increased it to 200,000. he has a few more. He can max out at 1 mill.  He's still as healthy as a horse.  We did the same for our daughter 5 years later.  then she had to have back surgery when she was 12.  Then she was diagnosed with a genetic blood disorder that they didn't know how to test for in 1982 when the doc checked her out, but she's never going to have a rider limiting coverage, and she has guaranteed insurability.  At the same time we were insuring my son I had decided to take a couple of years off and try the "stay at home thing.  My husband said he didn't think we needed to insure me because I wasn't working, so my income wouldn't be missed.  Tom pointed out that Nannies cost money, as do housekeepers that are willing to cook and drive kids to school.  My policy was written up the same day, based upon my salary from when I was working (we both knew that I would go back to work.  We also paid the few dollars per quarter for the disability waiver.  3 months, no kidding, 3 months after we insured my husband he was diagnosed with diabetes, insulin dependent. that was 1982.  In 2001 he was taken off work - Long Term Disability - he can't feel his feet - neuropathy, his eyesight is affected-diabetic retinopathy.  His premium is paid for the rest of his life.... and there are no waivers on his policy limiting coverage.  In 1998 I was inspecting a building, climbing up the exterior ladder of a flat top building. About 14 feet off the ground the ladder pulled away from the ground the ladder pulled away. From the ambulance with a 9 inch piece of rebar sticking out of my lung I had the paramedic call my boss and we sent out cancellation notice.  My premium is paid for for life because of my disability waiver.

  3. i think he wants to know how to sell insurance...go to school, get your license and then you will be trained on what to do.  if you do not after that, then the company who trained you did not do a good job.  you can always practice on family members.

  4. I am having problems understanding your question, can you please rephrase it?
